How do I create my first auction?
To create an auction, you need to first purchase an auction credit. Go to "My Credits" section, choose a tier based on your team requirements, and purchase a credit. Then click "Create Auction" and follow the setup wizard.
What is an auction credit?
An auction credit allows you to create one auction with a specific team limit. Different tiers offer different maximum team counts. You must have an unused credit before creating an auction.
Can I get free auction credits?
Yes! New users receive 2 free auction credits (Basic tier) as a one-time welcome bonus. These allow you to create auctions with up to 4 teams each. You can request additional free credits through the "Request Free Credit" option.
How do I register players for my auction?
After creating an auction, go to "Player Registrations" section. Click "Register Player", select a player from the database, set their base price, category, and assign them to a set. You can approve or reject registrations from this page.

How do I set up my auction settings?
Navigate to your auction and click "Auction Settings". Update auction details, budget, dates, bid settings, visibility, and theme preferences from one place.
How do I control who can join the live room?
We no longer use auction passwords. Invite team owners directly, share the live link for viewers, and manage host/co-host permissions in the access settings.
How do I manage teams in my auction?
Go to "Teams" section in your auction. You can create teams, view team details, see purchased players, and monitor team budgets. Team owners will be able to bid on players during the live auction.
What are sets and how do I use them?
Sets are groups of players that are auctioned together in sequence. Create sets from the "Sets" page, assign players to sets, and control when each set goes live. This helps organize large auctions.

How do I start a live auction?
Go to "Live Auction Control" page. Start the first set, and players will appear one by one. Use the control panel to mark players as sold, set prices, and move to the next player.
Can viewers bid without an account?
Yes! Anonymous viewers can watch live auctions, but only registered team owners can place bids. Viewers can see all activity in real-time.
How does bidding work?
When a player is active, team owners can place bids. The system enforces minimum bid increments. The highest bid wins when the auctioneer marks the player as sold.
What happens if a player is unsold?
If no bids are received or bidding time expires, you can mark the player as "Unsold". They remain available and can be re-auctioned later if needed.

How do auction credits work?
Auction credits are purchased before creating an auction. Each credit allows one auction creation with a specific team limit. Get full refund for unused purchases or if bidding hasn't started yet.
Can I refund unused credits?
Yes, if you purchased a credit but haven't created the auction yet, or if the auction is still in setup phase with no teams created, you can request a refund.
What are the different credit tiers?
Tiers vary by maximum teams allowed: Basic (4 teams, free), Starter (5 teams), Professional (7 teams), Business (12 teams), Enterprise (20 teams), Ultimate (50 teams). Contact us for customized plan and offers.
How do I upgrade my auction tier?
If your auction has started but you need more teams, you can upgrade by purchasing a higher-tier credit and applying it to your existing auction.

I can't create an auction, what's wrong?
Make sure you have an unused auction credit. If not, purchase one from "My Credits" page. Also ensure all required fields (dates, sport, team limits) are filled correctly.
Why can't I create more teams?
Each auction has a maximum team limit based on your purchased credit tier. If you've reached the limit, you'll need to upgrade to a higher tier.
Bidders/viewers can't join the live room, what should I check?
Verify the live link you shared is correct, ensure the auction is in an active state, and confirm the user role: team owners bid; viewers watch without bidding. No password is required.
How do I contact support?
